Senator Roy Ashburn DUI arrest after he left gay bar. Sen. Roy Ashburn who is a senator in the California state senate was arrested for drunken driving. Roy Ashburn was arrested early on Wednesday for drunk driving. The California Highway Patrol arrested him near Sacramento’s Capitol.
Roy Ashburn, a state senator from Southern California was arrested for allegedly driving drunk.
